  1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, aged 21 years or older who are members of JetBlue Airways’ TrueBlue program at time of entry. Void in Antiles, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cancun, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited and restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors of JetBlue Airways Corporation, American Express Travel Related Services Company, Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC and their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies (“Related entities”) and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

  2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is JetBlue Airways Corporation located at 118-29 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY  11385 [“SPONSOR”].

  3. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER:  This Sweepstakes begins at Midnight Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on August 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on September 30, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).  To enter, visit www.JetBlue.com/freejetting during the Promotion Period, log into your TrueBlue account by submitting your email address and password, click the “Enter for a chance to win” button and complete the Official Entry Form as instructed.  To complete the Official Entry Form, include your email address, first and last name, shipping address and daytime phone number (“Entrant”). If you are not a registered TrueBlue member, you will be required to complete and submit a TrueBlue Registration Form prior to entering the Sweepstakes. TrueBlue membership is free. Only TrueBlue Members who are in good standing are eligible to enter.  All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDT on September 30, 2008. Entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected entries, entries that are processed late or incorrectly or those that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Limit one entry per person/per TrueBlue account number.

  4. WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand PrizeWinner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 6, 2008 from among all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC. an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects pertaining to this Sweepstakes.

  5. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of twelve (12) round-trip coach air transportation JetBlue Travel Authorization Letters each for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest for travel between any two JetBlue Airways destinations one (1) Travel Authorization Letter per person per month for twelve (12) months).  The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize:$7,176.  Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on Winner’s and Guests’s residences, time of travel and airfare fluctuations.  Each JetBlue Airways Travel Authorization Letter is valid for travel anywhere JetBlue Airways flies and expire one (1) month from the date of issue. Travel Authorization Letters will be issued in the names of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest and are non-transferable. Guest needs to be designated once and cannot be changed. All travel must be completed by November 9, 2009. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are each solely responsible for any applicable fees, including Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9 each way, September 11th Security Fees of up to $5 each way and a Federal Segment Tax of $3.50 per domestic segment (a segment is a takeoff and landing) and, in the case of Puerto Rico and international travel, government fees and taxes of up to $76.20 each way. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are also responsible for all insurance, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of Travel Authorization Letters , including without limitation all meals, air and ground transportation, and gratuities.  Use of the JetBlue Airways Travel Authorization Letter (“Letter”) is subject to the following terms and conditions: Letter must be redeemed by calling 1(800) JETBLUE and following the phone prompts. Redemption at JetBlue airport ticket counter or online is not allowed.Letter may be redeemed only for travel on JetBlue-operated flights.  Not available for use on any partner airlines or in connection with JetBlue Getaways Vacation Packages or Cruises.   All travel must be booked and flown within the travel dates specified on Letter.  Fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or service charges are the responsibility of the passenger. Blackout dates apply and travel may be capacity controlled, all of which are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights. The Letter is not transferable and at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, or traded on auction websites or otherwise exchanged for value without prior consent from JetBlue. Loss of authorization numbers and PINs cannot be replaced.  Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points. Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage except denied boarding compensation and the Customer Bill of Rights.  JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage is posted on the JetBlue website at http://www.jetblue.com/p/jetblue_coc.pdf.  Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. Schedules subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner’s Guest traveling to international destinations must provide all necessary documents (e.g. valid United States Passport) at the time of departure.  JetBlue reserves the right to deny boarding passengers without the proper documentation. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the offered prize is unavailable for any reason. Prize is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.  Grand Prize Winner must supply the Sponsors with his/her social security number for tax purposes.

  6. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by overnight delivery on or about October 15, 2008. If Grand Prize Winner notification is returned as undeliverable, Potential Grand Prize Winner is ineligible, or Potential Grand Prize Winner declines the prize, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining entries. Potential Grand Prize Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), to Centra Marketing & Communications within five (5) business days of notification. Selected potential Grand Prize Winner will not be the Official Grand Prize Winner until his/her Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release, if applicable, has been returned, and eligibility has been formally verified by judging organization.If  selected potential Grand Prize Winner fails to comply with the Official Rules and/or to submit required documentation within the designated period,  prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  Eligibility, age, and claims made by Prize Winner is subject to verification.  Sponsor are not responsible for fraudulent calls or e-mails made to entrants not by the Sponsor.

  7. DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination. The Sponsor assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person 21 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Uses of automated devices are not valid for entry.

  8. GENERAL: VOID IN ANTILES, ARUBA, BAHAMAS, BERMUDA, CANCUN, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, MEXICO PUERTO RICO, OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND WHERE PROHIBITED.  Prize is non transferable; no substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.  By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants, including Prize Winner: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor, Related Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery and any travel related thereto. Further, Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.  Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographic, clerical or printing errors in any Sweepstakes materials. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.  Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if, at its sole discretion, Sponsor finds such entrant to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or if such entrant repeatedly shows a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent these Rules, or acts: (a) in a manner the Sponsor determines to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant, Sponsor or Related Entities; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. In the event the Sponsors are prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event), the Sponsors shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsors, in their discretion, elect to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsors reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

  9. USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used for Sponsor’s internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor’s products but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or as required by law or legal process. Any entrant who does not wish Sponsor’s to send information to the entrant about its products must indicate so by opting out at the point of entry.
